An Old Way of Thinking, A New Way of Teaching

For many of us, Bayesian statistics wasn’t a core part of our own training. The idea of teaching a subject we are still learning ourselves can feel daunting. But we believe that the best way to master a topic is to teach it, and you don’t need to be a seasoned expert to guide your students toward a more intuitive and powerful way of thinking about data.

Materials for Every Classroom

We understand that every course has different constraints. That’s why we are curating and designing resources to fit any timeframe, all with a focus on conceptual understanding and practical application over deep mathematical theory. Our goal is to make these methods accessible to the widest possible audience, without demanding advanced mathematical skills from you or your students.

Lesson plans in development We are developing turnkey resources, but in the meantime, the modules available can be good resources. -If you have 1 hour, a good starting point is Module 1. -If you have a week of course time you can devote, you can add other modules. -If you have more time than that, feel free to use some of the extra resources in the repository to fit your needs.

Be bold. By introducing these concepts, you are not just teaching a new statistical technique; you are preparing the next generation of scientists and researchers with the tools they will need to tackle the complex, data-rich questions of the future.
